COLD STARTERS:

  • Goose liver terrine, aspic of Late Harvest wines (+5.00 €)
  • Parma ham, thinly sliced, with cep mushrooms and olive oil
  • Potted trout, raw and smoked salmon, baby-leaf salad, garlic toast
  • Terrine of local venison with foie gras and woodland mushroom pickles

HOT STARTERS:

  • Risotto of woodland mushrooms with snails
  • Cod loin fillet, roasted skin-side down, served with locally-grown chanterelle mushrooms in butter
  • Supreme of young pigeon salad, toasted pine nuts, cep mushrooms and bacon cubes (+5.00 €)

MAINS:

  • Fillet of local venison with Savoy cabbage, juniper and orange confit, woodland mushrooms (7.50€)
  • Oven-roasted pheasant with best butter sauce “Brabant-style”
  • Farm veal rib, Bordeaux cep mushrooms in a creamy sauce and pan-fried field-grown Charlotte potatoes (+7.50 €)
  • Fillet of Icelandic tusk fish with flavours of the High Seas and shellfish

CHEESES & DESSERTS:

  • Selection of cheeses, small walnut salad
  • Vol-au-vent of soft Herve cheese, radicchio salad with walnuts*

  • Home-made 'nougat glacé' ice cream with raspberry coulis and fresh mint
  • Chocolate fondant meringue, Arabica coffee sauce
  • Vanilla Vacherin with white and dark chocolate shavings
